About

Our Story

Music was never meant to be watched from a distance. Long before concert halls, it was shared in baithaks - small, intimate sittings where a handful of listeners gathered close to a musician, near enough to feel every note.

House of Baithaks was born to bring that experience back. We curate evenings of classical, folk, ghazal and Sufi music in warm, close-knit settings where the audience isn’t separated from the artist - they’re part of the room.

For us, a Baithak is more than a performance. It’s a shared moment of culture, stitched together by music, memory and community - the three ideas at the very heart of everything we do.
